Gary Jack

Gary A. Jack is Senior Corporate Counsel II for Monongahela Power and Potomac Edison, electric utilities under FirstEnergy. His legal practice includes regulatory and public service commission representation, legislative affairs, real estate, and general corporate law.

Before joining FirstEnergy in 2012, Gary served as Assistant General Counsel, Manager of Governmental Affairs, and Chief Compliance Officer for Duquesne Light Company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Prior to that, he worked in the legal department at Allegheny Power/Mon Power. 

Gary earned his law degree with high honors from Duke University School of Law and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

He currently serves on the boards of MVA Health, the Prickett’s Fort Foundation, the Disability Action Center, and Fleming Memorial Presbyterian Church. In his free time, Gary enjoys fly fishing, skiing, gardening, paper currency collecting, and choral singing.
